Join us on Wednesday, February 7th, for a tour of the Valencia College Heart of Florida United Way Northwest Center for Accelerated Training! During this event we will tour both the Residential Maintenance Technician program and the HVAC Technician program. Please arrive by 8:30AM for check in, as the tour will begin promptly at 9:00AM. Please see below for additional details.
Dress Code: The space we will be touring is an active construction program lab, therefore it could be potentially hazardous. Due to this, we ask all guests to wear closed toe shoes. A light jacket could also be recommended, as our warehouse is not climate controlled and will reflect the temperature outside.
Comfortability - Please note that the warehouse may be dusty and loud due to ongoing courses being instructed at the same time as the tour. If you are sensitive to loud noises, such as grinding or power tool usage, we suggest bringing protective hearing devices. If you are sensitive to wood dust, we suggest taking precautions there as well.
